Not necessarily. We offer lessons for skiers taking their first steps into off-piste terrain as well as experienced freeriders looking to tackle more challenging lines and snow conditions.

Yes. All off-piste lessons are delivered by fully qualified instructors who hold the appropriate certifications and permissions required to teach off-piste in. Our coaches are trained in avalanche awareness, mountain safety and risk management.
Yes. When skiing off-piste, all participants should carry appropriate avalanche safety equipment, including a transceiver, shovel and probe.
Avalanche safety equipment can usually be rented locally. If required, we can advise you on where to hire the appropriate equipment before your lesson.
