Anthony is a BASI Level 4 ISTD and Swiss Brevet Federal ski instructor from London with over 10 years of teaching experience in Verbier and New Zealand. He specialises in off-piste skiing, freestyle coaching, and instructor development, helping skiers build confidence, refine technique, and perform at their best in all conditions. As one of the owners of Pulse Snowsports Verbier and a coach on the Level 3 and Level 4 instructor training programmes, Anthony is known for his adaptable, friendly approach and attention to detail. Away from the mountain, he enjoys training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and exploring the alpine environment around Verbier.

Sam is a BASI Level 4 ISTD and Swiss Brevet ski instructor, BASI Trainer, and co-owner of Pulse Snowsports Verbier with over 15 years of teaching experience in Verbier. With a racing background and a passion for ski instruction that is second to none, he leads Pulse's instructor training programmes while coaching everyone from complete beginners to expert skiers. Known for his exceptional eye for movement analysis and professional, compassionate approach, Sam helps skiers unlock their potential through clear, effective coaching. A qualified personal trainer, he spends his summers road cycling and pursuing his passion for performance and development.

Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, she specialises in private lessons and helping nervous skiers gain confidence through personalised coaching. With a background in language teaching and a passion for delivering exceptional service, Rachel creates memorable mountain experiences while helping guests achieve their skiing goals. Her multilingual skills, local expertise, and energetic approach make her a favourite among international visitors to Verbier.

Carlos is a BASI Level 2 ski instructor from Spain with four seasons of teaching experience. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he works with skiers of all ages and abilities, combining technical clarity with a creative and engaging teaching style that makes learning both effective and enjoyable. Highly popular with clients for his warmth, patience, and ability to build confidence, Carlos helps skiers make real progress while enjoying every moment on the mountain. When he's not teaching, he can often be found competing in freeride competitions and exploring new terrain.
