I'm an international ski instructor and race coach with 14 years of experience teaching and coaching around the world. I started my skiing career as a racer, representing the Italian national team when I was younger, and that experience continues to influence the way I approach coaching today.

‍

After my racing career, I began working in Italy as a ski instructor and race coach for U16 and FIS athletes. Since then, I've coached FIS women's athletes for a regional Comité in Switzerland, worked as Head FIS Coach with APEX in Tignes, and coached the U16 squad at Thredbo Ski Racing Club in Australia.

‍

My career has also taken me to Bariloche in Argentina and Niseko in Japan, giving me the opportunity to experience different mountains, cultures and approaches to skiing.

‍

Working in so many different environments has taught me that everyone learns differently. Whether I'm coaching a young racer, helping an intermediate skier develop their technique or introducing someone to skiing for the first time, I always take the time to understand their goals and adapt my approach to suit them.

‍

For me, great coaching is about combining technical knowledge with clear communication and making sure people enjoy the process. I want every skier I work with to leave the mountain feeling more confident, more capable and excited to keep improving.
