"I worked with Pulse Snowsports for the 25/26 winter season and could not recommend it more to anyone looking to work as an instructor or take their skiing to the next level.
The training was second to none. Sammy and Anthony each have an incredible eye for detail, and even after multiple ski seasons, I improved the most within one season — both in my own skiing and my ability to teach."

Level 4 Progression | Pulse Snowsports UK
"I had an awesome season training with Pulse Snowsports in Verbier. I had never experienced a training course as deep and enjoyable as it was with Pulse.
The training from Sammy, Anthony and Edward felt tailored to my needs, and the improvement in the trainees' skiing and teaching speaks for itself. Pulse is hands down the best team if you want to develop a career in the ski industry."

Build an International Ski Career
Our trainees have progressed into instructor positions across Switzerland, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom while continuing their development through the BASI pathway.

Train as part of an active ski school in Verbier, working alongside full-time instructors from day one. You're not separated into a standalone course group, you're part of the team, gaining authentic industry experience and insight into the day-to-day reality of working as a professional ski instructor.
Our programmes are led by BASI Level 4 instructors, trainers, and examiners with decades of combined experience coaching skiers and developing instructors. Every training session is designed around real progression, detailed feedback, and the standards required to succeed at higher levels.
Every session is planned around measurable improvement. Our BASI-aligned coaching system ensures you always understand where you are, what you need to improve, and how to get there efficiently. Expect regular video analysis, personalised feedback, and structured development plans throughout the season.
Unlike many instructor courses that run for only 60–90 days, Pulse offers support throughout the entire winter season. We focus on long-term development, helping trainees continue progressing both on and off the snow long after individual courses or exams have finished.
We keep group sizes small (maximum 8 participants) to maximise individual feedback, skiing time, and coaching quality. More personal attention means faster progression and a more effective learning environment.
Moving to Verbier can feel daunting, especially for international trainees. We provide guidance and accommodation options, local logistics, and visa processes for eligible non-EU applicants, helping make the transition to mountain life as smooth as possible.
From your first day in Verbier you'll become part of the wider Pulse community. Team skiing, social events, powder days, and shared mountain experiences help create an environment where trainees build friendships, confidence, and valuable industry connections alongside their coaching.
Our goal isn't simply to help you pass an exam. We aim to develop confident, employable ski instructors with the technical understanding, teaching skills, and professional mindset required to build a successful career in the ski industry.
We offer structured progression across different commitment levels:
Every option follows the same BASI-aligned coaching system.

Verbier is one of the most respected ski instructor training destinations in the Alps, offering the ideal environment to develop technical skiing, teaching ability, and exam readiness in one place. With varied terrain, reliable snow, and an established instructor community, it is designed for fast, efficient progression at every stage of your ski instructor journey.

Train. Qualify. Work. Progress.
