Booking is simple. Complete our enquiry form, contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, and we’ll recommend the most suitable lesson, instructor and schedule based on your goals, ability level and availability.
A member of the Pulse Snowsports team will contact you to discuss availability, lesson objectives, instructor suitability and the best meeting point before confirming your booking.
We usually aim to respond with availability, booking confirmation and payment details within 24 hours. During peak holiday periods, responses may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to secure your preferred lesson time.
Your booking is confirmed once availability has been agreed and full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment secures your instructor, date and lesson time.
We accept secure online card payments via SumUp and bank transfer. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
Yes. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise in writing. This secures your instructor and confirms your preferred lesson time.
Yes, subject to instructor availability. Same-day and last-minute bookings may be possible, but we recommend contacting us directly by WhatsApp or phone for the fastest response.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak weeks such as Christmas, New Year, February half-term and Easter. During these periods, booking 10–12 weeks in advance can help secure your preferred instructor and lesson time.

Yes. If you have a preferred instructor, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and existing bookings.
We consider your ability level, goals, lesson type, preferred coaching style, language requirements and instructor availability when recommending the most suitable instructor.
Yes, changes may be possible subject to availability and our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
For Switzerland lessons, cancellations made more than 14 days before the lesson are eligible for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations made 7–14 days before the lesson are eligible for a 50% refund or free reschedule. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the lesson are non-refundable, although rescheduling may be possible with a 25% rebooking fee. Within 48 hours of the lesson, refunds and rescheduling are not available.
For France and UK bookings, cancellations made more than 50 days before the lesson are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made 50–12 days before are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made 12–8 days before are eligible for a 20% refund. Cancellations made 7 days or less before the lesson are non-refundable.
Yes. If payment was made using a secure online payment link, refunds may be subject to a 2.5% administration fee.
Yes, rescheduling may be possible depending on availability and the amount of notice provided. We recommend contacting us as early as possible if your plans change.
Missed lessons and no-shows are not normally eligible for a refund or reschedule. If you are delayed or unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you are unable to attend due to a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. A valid medical certificate may allow us to consider a partial refund or reschedule, depending on the circumstances and notice period.
Yes. Lessons usually go ahead in most weather conditions, including snow, fog or light rain. Your instructor will adapt the lesson plan, terrain and pace to keep the session safe, productive and enjoyable.
If part of the mountain is closed, lessons will continue where possible using available lifts and slopes. In the event of a full mountain closure, refunds are not issued directly by Pulse Snowsports and guests should claim through their personal insurance.
If your instructor is unavailable and we cannot provide a suitable replacement, we will offer a full refund or free reschedule.
No. Insurance is not included in the lesson price. Guests are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance before taking part.
We strongly recommend travel and winter sports insurance covering skiing, medical treatment, accident and rescue costs, cancellation, third-party liability and personal liability. Accident and rescue insurance is especially important for off-piste skiing.
Pulse Snowsports cannot accept liability for accidents that occur during ski or snowboard lessons. Guests are strongly advised to have suitable personal accident, rescue and liability insurance before taking part.
In Verbier, accident insurance may be available at the Téléverbier ticket office when purchasing your lift pass. This is arranged directly with the lift company and may cover certain costs such as lift pass refunds, equipment rental or lesson costs in cases of illness, accident or lift closure.
English is our main teaching language, and some instructors may also speak French, German, Italian, Swedish, Spanish or other languages. If you have a language preference, let us know when enquiring and we’ll do our best to match you with a suitable instructor.
Yes. Our instructors are required to meet professional safeguarding standards, including appropriate criminal record checks where required.
Our team includes qualified ski professionals with national and international teaching credentials, including BASI Level 4 ISTD instructors, Swiss Brevet holders and experienced coaches across beginner, children’s, advanced, off-piste and instructor training sessions.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your lesson start time, fully dressed and with your equipment ready. This helps ensure a relaxed start and allows you to maximise time on the mountain.
Yes. Many guests choose to book several days of coaching to maximise progression, build confidence and make the most of their time in the mountains.
In some cases, yes. Depending on your accommodation location, lesson objectives and instructor schedule, we may be able to arrange a convenient meeting point close to your hotel.
Yes, where possible. Meeting points depend on your resort, lesson type, ability level, accommodation location and instructor schedule. If you have a preferred meeting point, let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
In Verbier, our standard meeting point is Médran lift station. Other options include Ruinette, Les Esserts, Savoleyres, Les Attelas, Le Châble lift station and Mountain Air. In Morzine and Avoriaz, standard meeting points include the top of the Pléney Cable Car, the top of the Prodains Express outside Le Spot Café, and the top of the Chavannes Cable Car outside Le Yeti Restaurant in Les Gets.
